Worldwide best selfdefense system - Adjusted to the needs of ladies

 

Our Ladies Krav Maga courses are aiming on the special needs of women in realistic selfdefense scenarios. Ladies Krav Maga is not completely different from "Men Krav Maga" but it puts much more focus on the specific threats ladies are encountering when being attacked: 1) sexual harassment and 2) attempted rape.

In addition, we focus on techniques that require significantly less bodypower and which are better adapted to the female body.

Third, we pay attention to the specific legal framework in self-defense for women. Women are usually allowed to take much harder defense measures at an earlier stage than men in order to compensate for their (mostly) physical inferiority to male attackers. For this reason too, armed self-defense, with all weapons and objects in reach, occupies a wide space in women's self-defense.

The general focus for Ladies Krav Maga lie on "hit & run" tactics - which means to inflict shock, pain or damage to the attacker and thus create time and space for a successful escape. Another focus are de-escalation techniques to either discourage the attacker to continue his aggression or to distract him for a more effective defence.

 

The female Krav Maga students are benefiting from our Ladies Krav Maga classes in several ways:

Krav maga is the most efficient self-defense system for women and enables the student to succeed and survive in violent confrontations.

Krav maga is developing strength, reaction speed, reflexes and body control.

Krav maga is an excellent educational tools to develop mental strength, self-confidence and calmness in daily life, which are also important characteristic to cope with ladies specific self-defense situations.

Krav maga is an adventure and therefore a great way to leave the everyday behind, - also for Ladies.

Age structure

From 16 years (girls with a good mental maturity are welcome from 12 years)

Fitness requirements

Although a good physical fitness is of advantage, especially people with less physical fitness can benefit greatly from the courses and are welcome.

​

Course sizes

We are a small, exclusive training institution for security professionals and self defense enthusiasts and that we want to stay. Our classes do not take more than 20 participants at a time. The average class size is around 10 participants. In this way we ensure quality as well as individuality.

Personal requirements

We make sure that we only accept law-abiding citizens as members and participants who have good social skills. Holigaans or people with bad manners, bad social behavior or uncontrolled temper not to mention people with a criminal record we do not take up our rows.

Contract

The participants must sign a contract and a disclaimer at the beginning of each a course. The contract also states that the application of the techniques learned at the Academy,  which can be very dangerous, is strictly restricted to self-defense situations and other emergency situations in which the law of Namibia allows the use of physical countermeasures.

Organizational details
 

Training times:       Tuesday and /or Thursdays from 1720 to 1830 (training twice a week is recommended !)

​

Training fees:          N$ 1500 per course, consisting of ten classes;

 

                         20% discount if 3 courses (30 classes) are booked in advance to a total of N$ 3600

​

                Payment must be done in cash at latest at the first class attended;

​

                 The courses can only be booked on the whole. Missed classes or classes that can   

                 not be perceived, out of whatever reason, can not be exempted or compensated.

 

Clothing:                  Beginners: normal sportswear; After completing the first course: Black t-shirt, vest or

                                 tight (with our logo on); black sport trousers; for special applications: black combat trousers

                                 (available at security supplier)

Equipment:             Beginners: none; After completing the first course: Mouth guard; boxing gloves; volleyball

                                 elbow pads; shine guards; plastic (dummy) knife; baton;
